Welcome to Gayle’s Flowershop Cavite! By placing an order with us, visiting our store, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Gayle’s Flowershop Cavite provides fresh flowers, bouquets, arrangements, and related products.
All prices, product availability, and services are subject to change without prior notice.
By ordering from us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders must be placed in advance through our shop, social media pages, or authorized contact channels.
Full payment or a down payment (if allowed) is required to confirm your order.
We accept Gcash, Maya, Palawan Pawnshop, Western Union, BDO, BPI and Paypal
3. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available within Cavite and nearby areas, subject to delivery fees.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For pickup orders, customers must collect items at the agreed time. Gayle’s Flowershop is not responsible for flowers left unclaimed beyond the scheduled date.
4. Product Availability and Substitution
Flowers are seasonal, and certain varieties may not always be available.
In case a specific flower or material is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and quality of the arrangement.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders canceled at least 48 hours before delivery/pickup may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery/pickup are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Failure to receive the order at the delivery address.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (e.g., flower size, shade variation) since flowers are natural products.
6. Care of Flowers
Once flowers are delivered or picked up, the customer is responsible for their care.
We provide basic flower care tips, but we cannot guarantee the lifespan of flowers due to varying environmental conditions.
8. Privacy Policy
Customer information (name, contact number, delivery address) is used solely for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.
9. Amendments
Gayle’s Flowershop Cavite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
